Default Front bumper removal

Hello all, I need help in securing the front bumper in a 1996 Accord. When I bought the car it was loose and has since become more loose, with a space between the headlight and the bumper on the left side. I took off the grill and saw some clips holding it in place. However the headlight are restricting access to these clips. How do I fix this?

If you are talking about the fiberglass part of the bumper, then you will have to unbold the bumper and take it off to access the black plastic screws securing it down.

Thanks, that is exactly what I talking about. However I have not looked for the bolts holding the entire bumper in place. Do I find them below the car or by opening the hood and looking down?

I would first disconnect the battery, so you don't set off the airbags.

To take out the bumper, you have to unscrew the fender and lower splash shields. You also have to remove the turn signals from the bumper. Through the turnsignal holes there will be two bolts that hold each bumper bracket to the frame. You have to remove those bolts and lift the bumper up to take it over the catch.
