Fuel Gauge not working properly

2000, accord, v6

My fuel gauge is stuck around half to quarter full. I unplugged the fuel pump and gauge goes to empty. I tested the fuel sending unit with my fluke and i got:
106.5 at full and 4.0 at empty. Please help.

The fuel gauge sending unit’s resistance varies from about 3-5 ohms at full to about 106 ohms at empty.
