I'm guessing the part you need is #20 in the pic below?

You can order from the dealership. Some dealerships will ship the parts to you. You would have to call. There are online that carry dealership parts like hondapartsnow.com or majestic honda. It will take longer to get what you need.

The other option is getting them from a wrecked accord at a local junkyard, if you need them quickly.

The OEM part number for #20 is: 90027-P0A-003 Genuine Honda BOLT A, FUEL PIPE

Listed below are all of the honda vehicles that use that same fuel rail bolt. You should be able to find 2 good fuel rail bolts from these vehicles.

No problem. Its easy to find that info.

Go to you favorite OEM parts site (I use hondapartsnow.com).
Enter your vehicle info.
Find your part (your bolt was under engine, intake manifold).
Click on the part number.

On the bottom of the new page that opens up, has links to all of the generations of Hondas that share that same part number.

I would click on each link. For example the coil for my old 95 accord EX had ACCORD 4D 94-97 E2/V-6 E2 listed. You might assume that all 4-door 94-97 accords used this part, but that is not the case. When I clicked on it, it only showed EX models.

I would take the original part with you, so you can compare the junkyard part to your 98's part.
