Ground switched or postive switched

As some of you know im a volenteer firefighter i am gettin a wig wag flasher system for my head lights

but i need to know if hondas are ground or postive switched, heres the install manual

You might want to put your year/model in your signature.

I think that they are positive switched.

You can use a volt meter to test this. With the lights off, probe each side of the plug to a good ground (like the engine block). If you find 12V, then it is ground switched.

If both sides show no voltage, turn on the lights. If you find 12V, then the lights are positive switched.
