Try to clean up the coolant as much as possible. You can a radiator pressure tester from the parts store as a loaner tool and put a few psi of pressure on the colling system. Then you can get a better locatio of the source of the leak. The source of the leak can be anything right now as you currently have a very general location of the leak.

I'm not sure what year accord you are driving.

I'm 99% sure that is the metal pipe from the outlet of the water pump that wraps around the back of the engine to the thermostat housing. Follow the pipe that enters the thermostat housing back towards the engine and I'm sure that will be the pipe that is leaking.

The OEM part number for that pipe I belive is 19505-PT3-A00. If you go to an oem parts site like hondapartsnow.com and put your vehicle specifics, the part is under engine then water pump. You should vefity the part number as I guessed on some specifics of your engine.

It looks to be secured to the engine block by one bolt and o-rings seal it to the water pump and thermostat housing.

This part looks to be a discontinued part, so I don't think you can get at a dealership. A quick google search shows some for sale on ebay. A junkyard for a used part is an option.

it’s not leaking from there. It’s in the red circle. It is in that general area reason being because that is where the coolant pipe mounts to the block and it’s near that location.

The bigger circle is what is coming off of the block the smaller circle is where it’s leaking from it looks to be coming off of the intake manifold
