Default H22 vs k24

I have a 94 accord ex and been thinking of an engine swap soon since income tax is right around the corner. what do u guys think would be the best engine for my accord a h22 or k24? ive been wanting a h22 with t3 turbo but ive heard k24 turbo from the tsx is pretty sick.
I already have a racing radiator coolair intake headers stage 2 cams n other stuff aftermarket but would it be useless if i change it to the k engine?

When considering a swap, do your homework.

If I had to guess, the H22 will be an easier swap, because it has been done for 5th gen accords.

I doubt that the K24 engine will be able to bolt up without major work to be done just on the motor mounts. The K24 engine is on the passenger side, so I think that you would have a ton of wiring work to do. Search the web for a k24 swap to see if it was ever done.

K series swap will run you 4k just to get the car running. H22 swap cost half that. turbo a h22 will cost a good chuck of change too.

If you want more info on K series swaps talk to live2rice. He knows the ins and outs for 5th gen accords k swaps

H22 will certainly be cheaper. K24 you are probably looking at 8-10k. K24a2(TSX engine) go for about $1,200-1,400 alone. Engine mounts are $800, ECU is $500+hondata for $300. These are just the major pieces you need, there are a ton of other smaller ones. And my 8-10k is an estimate assuming you will be doing all the work yourself.

If I were you I would just boost the F22, They love boost, and are very cheap to replace if it blows. H22s are expensive and cant run more than a few pounds stock.
