H22a swap cooling issue

HI,
Swapped to a jdm h22 a with a turbo. Had to go to half radiator(3core). I am having issues with car running hot and iat light checking on. Any suggestions?

What t-stat are you running. What is controlling the the cooling fan

Cooling issue

It has a stock prelude thermostat and stock sensors control fan and ecu has hondata s300
