If I wanted to drain and refill the AT, anything special I special I should know about? I've got a Haynes manual on order as I'm going to start doing some of the more routine maintenance for my mom.

 

You can drain only part of the fluid as the convertor holds a lot. On my 1995 I opened up a trans line while running and keep adding to I had gone through a few quarts more than it holds. I first drained and refilled the trans. Many say you shouldn’t flush a Honda Trans but my local Honda Dealership does so I question that logic.
