I have a few questions about doing a head swap on my car, its a 91 lx with f22a1 and ive heard one of the best options would be using a h22a4 head.

what kind of power increase am i looking at?

also, what do i all have to swap with the head to make it work?

A mod can move it ... no need to re-post. FYI, look up G22 or G23 engine build.
