Default Heater not warm

03 accord 2.4

This is weird.
the heater is not blowing hot.
Car is warmed up
The cable actuated valve on the hose opens
I can hear doors move in the box
Blower goes great
And there is water in the system

Yet it will not blow hot?
is there a possibility of a massive bubble in the heater core after coolant flush?
This is a pretty simple system...
Maybe the core is plugged up?

Is the hose hot on each side of the water valve?

also,
1.heater core could be clogged
2. if the coolant level is low often the heater core won't contain coolant and you wont get hot air.

Well i popped the hoses off, blew through it. It barfed out blue coolant, this was after repeatedly flushing with clear water. Determined that the shutoff valve is failed but in the open position, have new one coming tomorrow. Determined that the water pump is functioning, one of the hoses could have been ever so slightly kinked, i replaced the originals out of an abundance of caution but the new one is not preformed.
Upon refilling and trying again, both pipes are hot and heater is working. Dont know what it was but its good now. Thanks
