my exhaust sounds like its backfiring (a bubbling kind of noise) so i figure my timing is off or i have a vacuum leak im thinking of tearing out my caddy converter or adjusting my headers so maybe a win win situation ya kno but i want another opinion before i touch my car with a cutting torch

 

Not much to go on here....could this be because of a slight miss in the engine.

Any recent work done to the car or other issues?

 

oil change thats it ive recently started hearing some rattling but i dont think thats the prob. could it be from me racing and threw something off therefore my timing just needs to be adjusted? ive heard a number of things so i hear ya im upgrading to a k-series soon i almost have the money but i dont want my engine to go kuput since i use i to get back n forth from work it would be a **** show for sure
