I'll appreciate the help, if somebody tell me; what is the best way to bypass the key imobolizing system plus the security system?
any other helpful hints are welcome as well I am trying to install compustar fm8000

 

Be careful, that voids many parts of your warranty (if you care).

I don'tknow how to get around it - it might be easier to just take it somewhere and have someone do it for you....

 

I had a viper remote starter installed on my 99 ex in 2000. I don't know the details of the installation, but I know I had to take it to 3 different shops to get installed correctly. I know the final installation had to do with connecting a wire to the sensor on the horn located at in front of the radiator, and also connecting another wire inside the steering column possibly around the ignition key slot. Make sure that your hood connection is tight and accurate. There is a little connection piece that the hood must hit. If it happens to disconnect from vibration (anytime a car drives by) your alarm will go off. You can adjust the horn assembly by loosening a few bolts that hold the assembly to the frame. I figured that out only after I had the starter removed and the alarm would still go off. Good luck

 

You can buy the piece you need at best buy, it makes the car think your key is in the ignition

just put one in my car they other day WBA, works like a charm! it's called a 556u, but it's a directed part, so it may not work with ALL alarms.
