Hi,i am trying to change my seat covers on my 2002 vtec sport but i can't seem to find any way of removing the front seat head rests,can anyone provide me some info?thanx

 

Is this a UK or Euro model? It looks like yours is held in with lock springs.

 

its uk version,the rear seats have a push button at the side of them but nothing on front headrests and i pulled them until i couldnt pull nomore.

 

The attached picture above is for a UK front seat for the right side. If you don't see the lock springs from outside the seat cover when you pull up the headrest, it probably is accessible from underneath the seat cover.
