HELP!!!! Transmission problems
ok so i just recently bought and swapped a newer f22b1 engine in my 97 honda accord ex... Its been running perfectly except for a few little problems, when i connected the transmission to the engine during install, all went smooth but i found out that there was a tranny leak coming from ?.. well i was driving it to daytona last night, maybe 45 miles, and about 40 miles into it, it acts like its running out of gas.
My gas was about 1/8 tank, but i filled up anyways, and was still doing it, No acceleration unless i punch it then it goes, but boggs down real bad otherwise
Im running my engine without a thermostat, and it runs kinda cool most of the time, but i can tell that the problem starts ONLY when the temp rises, while driving i can turn the carf off and coast for about ten seconds and turn it back on and the car runs perfect until it heats back up.. so i think its a temp problem, or something, because when its cold outside, like last night, it ran perfect until i got on the highway. and got up to temp. PLease help anyone!!!

P.S. this morning i drove it about 10 mins before it acted up, then while it was fing up, i turned the car off, and coasted about 10 seconds and started it up again and it ran fine for about 10 more minutes
Sometimes during the F up, the throttle becomes very stiff, i have checked and rechecked and rechecked all connections, and cables, it only becomes stiff when it starts to act up, but does not do it all the time
to be quite honest I haven't checked yet, the cel is on but I'm like 40 miles from any auto parts store, I know the 02 sensor downstream is bad, but even with the old engine it never provided an issue... The one thing I can not understand is why it only runs like crap when its warmed up... I think its a problem with the transmission but idk... I'm just not sure...
okay so I went to Autozone and has them run diagnostics on my car, turns out I have 4 codes pop up. 1 was a faulty heater oxygen sensor, the second is a IAT sensor, a VTech malfunction, in number four was my speed sensor on the transmission... I knew the oxygen sensor was disconnected, as far as codes 2 3 4, those are all my doing, I had disconnected them while the car was running a while back and it triped the "light"...btw cars still running like crap.
Get a thermostat installed. Clear the codes, run the car, if codes come back get the actual codes - not descriptions of the codes.
Check the oil level, be sure the coolant is full and no trapped air.
Is the speedo working?

ok i got the codes they are 1 p0720 output shaft speed sensor, "it broke when reinstallation"
2: p0113 IAT sensor high voltage?
3: p0141 02 sensor circuit malf.
4 lost the ticket, but faulty or bad wiring on the vtec solenoid.
again all these thing i can explain, but the problem ONLY occurs AFTER the engine has warmed up... IDK????

things im going to try are, clean EGR valve, Change the vtech solenoid, I have a spare from old new engine, ive ran seafoam in the oil and gas, and also in the Master Cylinder vaccum
line, with no result in better performance, also oil level is fine, measures about 3/4 between the two marks on dipstick, and coolant system has been bled twice.
Also i might add, it was messing up ealier this evening, and i turned the car off going down the road, then right back on, and it ran fine until i got home, maybe 5 minutes. so something is kickin in tellin it to run rough, then resets after cars turned off, any ideas????
