Is this video taken after pulling the 7.5 amp backup/radio fuse? If yes, recheck for codes. Also check that 7.5 amp fuse is good. Check the ECU fuse (may be called PCM) it is 10 amp.

Did you check the grounds? The one on the driver's side of the upper intake manifold is an important ground.

How did you test the IAT sensor?

yes I made this video after I removed the 7 .5 amp fuse, had the car scanned at Autozone and it was just a 02 censor, I just visually inspected the I AT sensor, make sure all the connections were good, and reset the computer...

it's been about 200 miles, and the only thing throwing a code is the O 2 sensor.

I do I have downloaded a shop manual for my car, very detailed about 1300 pages...

and I'm using that as a reference and yes I have checked all my grounds...
