ddmtuning.com thats where I have gotten all 3 sets of mine, and other members of the forum have. Only costs about $60-70 so well within your budget.

Please install a relay kit, with the money left over from ddm,you can easily still install the relay, and take out a date for a romantic dinner for 2.

No its not necessary, because most if not all kits on the market now are plug and play.I did not have a relay at first, and then my lights HIDs would not work,i installed the relay, and smooth sailing ever since.

Since the topic is up here, were can you order the relay kit from? Eventually im gonna get new projector housings, and then i want to get 55w HIDs. Also would the 4500K be the brightest ones I can get on ddm tuning?

You can make your own relay like finch13,OR,know someone with a shop and get it for 10-15 bucks like me. Remember the lower the the K the brighter, the brightest is 3000k,Yellow. 4500k is bright as well.

Well its only brighter when you get lower to an extent, 3000k and 4500 are going to be pretty close in brightness, 4500 might even be a little bit brighter.

I will say it again, have been running my HIDs without a relay for over a year without issues.
