Question honda accord

I have a 2000 honda accord makes a wining sound when i slow to about 35 miles nour then when i speed pass that it quits. sounds like its coming from the front end. does not do that at idle. checked the automatic trans fluid its at the level it should.

Power steering, AC compressor, alternator, accessoy belt idlers. Lot's of possibilities.

Suggest removing Accessory drive belts one at a time and see if noise goes away. This should narrow the possibilties.

Wheel bearing, CV Axles are possible for noise from drive train. Also differentials can sometimes start to whine.

or just drive belts not tighten enough or old an dry
