My 2000 Accord SE came with a factory alarm system that i want to uninstall. Does anyone have the instruction on how to do that? I am a noob so step by step would be more helpful. Can i install the factory alarm to another Honda accord LX (1999)? Thanks for your help guys. I just got my car broken into , I need a more effective alarm... .

 

dont take out the old one youll be sorry.......just put in a new one thats better and you will need a little box that makes the two compatible... i forget what its called but im sure whatever shop you get it done at will know. and with a good alarm you can hook up a sensor that know the frequency that the sound of broken glass makes so as soon as they smash your window it will go off, and then you can get a pager too. so you can go out there and tie them up and take them to that special little place where noone will miss them
