Hi, my 2001 honda accord LX 4 cyl will start , and then while driving sometimes it will die on me an it will not start right away,, it can take 5 min. To an hour to start up again. What can it be?

When the car won't restart, does the starter crank the engine? This would be a crank/no-start. If the starter does nothing, this would be a no-crank/no-start.

Is the check engine light turning on while driving? Scan and post any codes on here with the code number. They start with the letter P and have four numbers, like P1234. If you don't own a scanner/code reader, stop by a parts store and they can scan for codes as a free service.

When the engine is running, try shaking the key in the ignition. Does the car stall out?
