Honda Care Accord EX-L 2013 w/Navi

My dealer sold me the Honda Care for a flat $1,900. Does it sound right to you guys? At first he tried to sell me some off the wall coverage for $6,000 which I declined immediately.

Have no idea.....what does that "cover" and for how long?
