Looks like it's NOK Brand. The 'K' looks a bit like a 'C' with a vertical line on the left side, which threw me off when trying to read the sloppy white stamp on the top. But the vacuum unit has it clearly labelled.

Searching for NOK homda mounts brings up a few mounts but not much for the Accord.
