cant seem to find blooody flat head screw ???my car is uk version does it make any difference i do see one allan screw which is on side of IACV but i would need allan key to adjust ? any ideas folks

its not on the iac........follow the intake (that black tube) right where it turns to metal is the throttle body. lets just say you took that tube off and your looking into the throttle body, you dont have to but at the very TOP. there is a screw
