How do I remove the fuel vaper canister '99 accord
#2
That's funny, I am in the opposite camp. I can remove the hoses (took a pair of pliers and pulled them off) but I cant remove the rusted mounting bolt.
To remove the hoses just take a pair of pliers or slip joint pliers to remove close to where the base of the end connection is and wiggle them off. Be careful not to damage the hose but if your hoses are bad or dry they will have to be replaced.
Any help on how to get off the 12mm bolt would be helpful. Mine sucks!! real pain. Tried extractors, vise grips, it's rusted and sucks. Im working on getting a 12mm extractor socket tomorrow and hope that does it.
