Exclamation How much is a 98 lowered accord worth?

Hey guys I've been looking at this accord for a while. It's a 1998 lx and is lowered, with 18 inch rims. It also comes with a set of 17 inch rims, and 16 inch as well. Just wondering what you guys would pay for a car like this and also it has 170k miles. I know in the post he says no cash but I've talked to him already. What is your opinion!? Thanks!

I personally wouldn't buy a salvage titled car; but, your choice.

Google search also shows varying info. on the same car. For example:

Ad submitted March 7, 2012 (google webcache): $3,000, dent in passenger door, no mention of reconstructed title.

Cars for Sale | 98 Honda Accord EX w/ H swap - US $3,000

Ad submitted April 14, 2012 (google webcache): $3,500, dent in roof and rear driver corner, mentions recontructed title.

Cars for Sale | 1998 Honda Accord LX for trade - US $3,500

Ad two weeks ago: $3,500, mentions cel on (evap leak)

lowered 98 Honda Accord lx for trade - Springfield, MA - $3,500

In the different ads for the same car, the mileage even dropped as time went on; lol.
