How so I fix speedometer?

There is a link for CEL coder retrieval that should help. If this doesn't make sense, we can can give you more info.

I am not understanding what you mean it just tells the year and the issues. I am needing to know how to understand how to do the codes to find out what the issue is with the car and why the engine light is always on, and why cruse control does not work, and why the D4 light flashes all the time ect. ;-) Thanks thought
Engine codes:
12 - EGR lift sensor. Means that the sensor in the EGR valve that measures how far it is open is not sending the proper signal to the engine computer. This could be due to the EGR valve, vacuum control, or any of the wiring.
43 - Fuel Supply system. This is a code where the air:fuel ratio can't be set. First fix other codes, then see if this code returns.
D4
7/8 are shift solenoid A/B respectively. Check electrical connectors.
9 is for the countershaft sensor.
ABS
3-1 is a pulser gear problem on the front passenger sensor. The gear could be messed up on the CV joint, or the sensor not aligned properly. Maybe a non-abs CV joint was installed?
I would tackle CEL code 12 then D4 code 9, then 7/8. Don't blindly replace parts, you will need to diagnose.
As for your speedometer and cruise control issues, they may not be related to a VSS sensor, since you have no VSS code. You will need a volt meter to do some testing for the cruise control.

That likely will not fix the problem.
The valve opens/closes via vacuum. The sensor in the EGR valve sends voltage to the computer on how far the valve is open.
A code 12 means the computer is not seeing a proper signal from that sensor in the EGR valve.
So the problem is either with the sensor on the valve, or the vacuum control on the valve.
The easiest test is to follow the vacuum hose from the EGR valve to the controls (drivers side of the engine bay). See attached picture. Make sure the vacuum hoses are not rotted or damaged. Be sure to inspect the vacuum hose that attaches under the controls (you may have to unbolt the vacuum control valve and solenoid). It is held in by one or two 10mm bolts.

I found the EGR Valve it is on the left side of my engine. However I did not take it off because I am wondering where in the heck is the vacuum hose that is not connected. Can someone show me or tell me where it is in my engine?
