Default Hub Centric Rings?

I posted about how my wheel came loose after driving off the road a little (not a big drop though) and I replaced the wheel studs. Well, the wheel just came loose again earlier.. all 4 lug nuts were loose. I posted on my site's forum, and someone suggested hub centric rings.. It reminded me, I have a few of those in the bag that came in the glove compartment with all of the extra lug nuts/socket/key wrench. Could one of those be needed, maybe it was crushed, or hell I dunno.. but I looked them up since I'm not familiar with all of the wheel/tire tech stuff and it says they just help align the wheel and help fix vibration problems. I don't notice vibration, my car's on Air Cylinders.. so it rides rough anyway.. could a small vibration, almost unnoticeable cause 4 lug nuts to come loose in a week? Any other suggestions/ideas? Thanks guys..
