Unhappy I Dont know what is wrong with my Honda accord 2004 (v6)

Well the thing is that i have a Honda accord 2004 v6 purchased it around last year in April with 70k mill for 7 grand which was a total waste a money when i found out the car had transmission problems and since then its been slipping but my car has been going hard until now but i know one day my baby will fail me recently i am experiencing other issues for example while driving the D gear like on the gauge turns off and it feels as if the car is idling and then turns back on again and drives normally , at first i thought it was the battery coming on and off cause i have a lose screw for the battery, other issue that im having is that while driving the car suddenly turns on the engine and tcs light and just shuts down completely im not sure if these are battery problems or all this is being cause because of the transmission problem.

i haven't had my transmission check, some mechanics have advised me to do a rebuild, but at this point im not sure whether to sell it or not i would prefer to put down the tranny and see if it has damaged parts to replace and save me some money instead of buying a whole new one please give me your opinions ?

Assuming there are no other issues with the car, the best/cheapest solution would most likely be to get the transmission fixed/rebuilt.

All kinds of things can be caused by a bad battery connection. Correct the battery connection issue you have - "i have a lose screw for the battery", battery connections need to be clean and tight.
