Hi I own a 99 honda accord its manual...i believe its a vtech but not positive. Anyways, my problem is that when i first start up the car and i go to drive i step on the gas and the engine revs up to about 40 mph but...my car is actually slowing down then all of a sudden it will kick in really rough though...it does this 3 or 4 times before it actually stops and i can drive my car regular. So i took it in for a sticker and i came out with a sticky not saying ....1259 fuel air metering and 171 too lean bank 1...I have no idea what this means or how much it is going to apporximately cost...any info would be greatly appreciated!
