Unhappy I'm a Newwwwwb! Help



Im Preeeetty Much a Newbie to all of this but I need some help!. I can't find out what submodel my 2001 Honda Accord is. I just bought it and I have to replace the headlights ( they turn off while driving- Another issue in itself ). I got a great deal on the car but i Need help with Sub model in order to find the replacement parts.

Help!

I think you can go to Honda America and register you car with the VIN and it should give you the information you are looking for.

I'm not good with that gen as far as asking about different options on the car to get to the trim level.

If your headlights are turning off most likely it is not your bulbs.

@ Crispin... Right, Its not my bulbs I need the whole headlight replaced I've been to Kragen and Its Def not the bulbs ... Hate to spend $150 for replacement parts tho

Good to hear-too many time you never know what or how things worked out. But I do have some questions based on your comments.

Whole headlight? Are you saying the whole assy the bulbs go into.....please more info as this doesn't sound right.

Let me re-cap what I think you are saying-Both lights come on, then after driving for some period of time they go off-one or both? When the happens, are the dash lights still on just no headlights.

Did the prev owner have any mod's on the car?

Just want to be sure if any replacement parts are needed you get only what is needed, not just replace this and that until it works.....
