Default Immobilizer issues

I'm trying to find an easy way to either disengage remove or turn off my immobilizer for my 02 Honda Accord Ex 2.3L 5 speed transmission. It has well over 262k miles and is just my work vehicle/tinker toy. Is there a way to remove the system but allow all the othe bells & whistles to work? Can I just make a switch that turns on the fuel and ignition to bypass the immobilizer system?

The engine computer manages the immobilizer codes, so you can't easily bypass it. What problems are you having with the immobilizer?
