Default Imobilizer light off...after PCM swap & no spark problem

Looking of some advise after a recent locksmith that reset ignition/ CCM on my 01 Accord, At the time of the locksmith visit, the car started a couple times (ran it long enough to re-park it) and now the immobilizer green dash light is not coming on.. So far tried to reset it by locking and unlocking a few times at the door and pulled the power at battery. Also, checked power on immobilizer on the Blue and Wht. and Blk striped and got power. Checked the Wht and Yellow wires and got power. See attached pics. Any other way to check power and continuity on it?..

Your volt meter is set to ACV (alternating current volts) and should be set to DCV (direct current volts). Use the 20 (can't see if you have one) for a 2-20 V if available or the 200 scale.

Problem is no green immobilizer light on in the dash cluster.
The 7 pin connector on the immobilizer with the Wht./ Yellow wire has 12DC power. To trouble shoot the immobilizer, I located a list online. The list found does note, to check the ohms reading on the power wire from the mobilizer to the CPM. Looking for a diagram that will show which 1 of 5 plugs that is a 31 pin on the CPM, that has the wire needed to check the ohms on a 2001 Accord. Unfortunately, the list found does quire a HDS (Honda Diagnostic Scanner) which I don't have access to.
Recently went through the CPM plugs and at the 1st grey one, I got the ohms (reading) with a pink wire. This is while I had a testing lead connected to the Yellow/ Wht. wire at the immobilizer. In addition to that, I got a reading on plug #2 that is grey with a Yellow/ Wht. wire. With this done, looking at buying used Immobilizer (Dealer has discontinued) to have this on-hand and as a back up when a locksmith does the programming. Lastly, did check and cleaned the PCM ground wire that is found at the intake manifold. This has a 2 wire lead. Noticed this post on the forum and was a fix for someone.

To continue from the previous thread,

To update again, had a locksmith try to reset the used immobilizer. He got the immobilizer light up and blinked 2x.. Now the check engine light is off. This was with the old or stock PCM. He mentioned the plug that is used for the scanner to check for power.. Also, the locksmith mentioned it could be a bad PCM. . Any ideas where to go at this point again??.

The ECM plug does have 12 volts at DC.

The lower connector looks like the receiver connector. Check that the yel/blk wire has 12V and use brn/blk pin for ground.

Also, check the #13 7.5 amp fuse in the fusebox under the passenger dash (or on the side of the dash).

Out the six wires that go to the plug, didn't see a Yell/ blk. Did get 12v with a blu/white and used the brn/ blk for ground. Also, in all the fuse areas all 7.5 fuses are good..Ready to cont, the trouble shooting for the elect.

Test the wire at this connector circled in yellow.

I will check the wires again on the immobilizer shown in the picture. The locksmith noted to check the OBD (on board diagnostic ) connector which I have done.

Checked the wires at the immobilizer. with the key off and the plug connected and only once got 12v. Tried both with key on/off and unplugged multiple times and couldn't get a read.. The green immob. light did come on once as-well,but now doesn't. Still no check engine light. Kept with the old one since was sold the wrong one. It worked with the locksmith log in. Went for a smog and told to drive 50 miles for the PCM by the station. After the drive that was a treat, returned to get the smog with a pass.. Later after a drive with the car starting multiple times no problem, The car did the crank no- start thing again. After some trying to start with the immobilizer light not showing, it did start to get home. What next?, any advise as always would be appreciated.

If anyone has found a solution please comment. I have this problem. I have no dlc and no key light. Main relay is good. Got duplicates of every part (bc its a honda) and I am even waiting for an ecu to come. I have tested what seems like everything from all data. Searched massive amount of wiring. I'm at a loss. Nothing I do will get this light to come on.
