Default indicator lights

ok so Ive tried checking all of the door sensors and such and cannot find anything wrong, however, all of my indicator lights for a door being open all stay on constantly. anything else I could check or is there a way to just unplug them because its not affecting the running of the car. just getting on my nerves when Im driving.

Each door has a switch that's like a rubber-covered push-button, near the bottom of the rear edge of each door jamb. Play with those, maybe one has come loose or something?

I think the trunk switch is built into the latch somehow, but I've never had to dismantle that so ???

Any ONE door switch. I'm pretty sure that warning lamp isn't smart enough to indicate each individual door.

The "Brake Lamp" warning can be set off by a brake-light bulb thats BEGINNING to go flaky, or by a dirty or corroded socket. It's triggered by unbalanced wattage from side to side, and some people have to replace ALL those bulbs just so they match.

I don't know what bulb is SUPPOSED to be in there? A bulb of the wrong wattage should set off the warning lamp.

Got another 1156?? Maybe OK if both sides are the same. I don't really know the difference between 3225 vs. 1156.

its the high mount brake light I have the 1156 in and it still works. disconnected cleaned and reconnected all the sensors on the door jamb and they are still bright on. going to try just unplugging all of them next to see if that works.

Oh yeah, I forgot you said it's the window light...

Google 3225 & 1156 to see whether the wattage is different? I can only guess that the warning is set off by the wattage being incorrect. That's pretty much the only thing that can be measured & compared against what it should be.

Otherwise, I think there's some kind of module in the back of the car that "watches" the brake lamps & compares their wattage. Maybe that module is messed up?
