Default Infamous Power Door Locks Failing

Soo, I just bought my Accord EX Coupe, and the power door locks do not work, via the doors, and remote. I found this forum looking for fixes. I tried the 20amp fuse in the interior fuse box near the pedals, it was good, I tried the actuator today. I simply connected the actuator to the plugs and it barely moved. I am assuming that its not the actuator, so what is this mutliplex I've heard of? I really need the help ASAP, or Im going to attempt to let the local Honda house fix it...

Sorry, still getting used to the differences of this forum than the one for my GP.
I have a 2003 Honda Accord Coupe EX V6.
I checked the #8, 20a fuse, the #7 back up fuse as well. I also tried the under the hood one, but I dont know how to see if those type are blown, none of my familys other cars have those, or have ever had them blown. The new actuator moved maybe a couple millimeters when the button was pressed, so I but the door back together and reconnected the old one, as I don't think that's the issue.

Fuse numbering-scheme changes with generation so you gotta be careful. If something is written for 6th-gen (1998-2002) it's different fuse numbers in your 7th-gen (2003-2007).

Okay that makes perfect sense.. I went ahead and bought an actuator from my local Honda dealership.. it was cheaper than I can get the part WITH my 20% discount at Autozone!! I'm going to install it, and worst casinario, I have a new actuator at least haha

And I thought 7th Gen was 2003-2007?
