I’m looking for help on how to change the front door inside weather strip on the window. It has started to melt staining the window

this is the part, I see videos on how to take the door panel off but not sure how to take this part off

 

I think it is secured to the door panel. Can't remember if secured by screws, clips, or staples. You'll have to remove the panel to find out.
