Default installing a throttle rotor?

I was wondering if anyone knows how to install a throttle rotor. I know it goes somewhere near the throttle body but thats pretty much it. I have a 1996 accord lx if that helps. I found one on http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...387&rd=1,1and it says it is easy to install but I want to be sure how to install it before I buy it. Any help is appreciated.

It claims that one slips over your stock equipment, so installation should be fairly easy, pretty straight forward part it just uses a larger diameter so your gas pedal becomes more responsive, it's like a short shifter for your throttle, some people might not like it since holding one particular speed requires a bit more effort since you don't have the added "play" in there...
