My dashboard and interior lights (Radio, A/C, etc.) do not work all the time... I assume it is not the fuse as it will work when it feels like it.. What could cause this?

I drive a 1994 Honda Accord LX - 4 door Sedan.

 

I'd have to venture there is a short or loose ground somewhere. Or the filaments in the bulbs are broken but will make contact everynow and then.

 

Sounds like a grounding problem.

 

I do believe your right with this answer..start checking all ground wires in particular...
