Hey there, My wife just bought a 2009 Accord LX. She loves it. The issue I have is that part of the instrument panel doesn’t light up at night. I posted some pictures of what is going on. I have done a ton of research and none of it makes me think this is a simple fuse issue. If you can point me in the right direction I would be greatly appreciative.
This is definitely not a fuse problem, because a fuse protects more components than the backlights on the audio unit. The circuit board either has a faulty resistor or a bunch of burnt out bulbs. I'd say the circuit board is more likely. You may be able to fix depending on your soldering skills.
I know sellers on ebay offer repair services that are likely much cheaper than replacing the stereo. You should reach out to them to verify they've repaired this issue before, and also check out their reviews to ensure you are working with a good seller.

Thanks for the reply. Where is the circuit board located? Can I get to it?
The circuit board is part of the stereo unit, so you'd have to remove the factory stereo and probably disassemble part of the stereo to access the circuit board.
