89 lxi starts and runs fine but if you shut it off it may or may not start back up. its getting spark but no fuel pressure, but will will get pressure and run fine after 20 minutes give or take

With a test light you can check for 12V power to the fuel pump when the key is turned on.
If you have power for a couple seconds when the key is turned on, you can check for fuel pressure at the injector rail fitting.
