Intermittent Power Steering
I have a 1990 Accord EX with 140k miles.
Power steering is very sluggish/intermittant and the steering wheel is difficult to turn when not moving, but returns once moving.
Even while driving there tends to be a delay in power steering, so it takes more force initially before the power steering kicks in.
Are Accords notorious for power steering pumps to go bad or could it be the rack?
Any info would be appreciated.
Thanks,
