Default Intermittent squeaking Noise

Sometimes when I'm driving and I turn the wheel I hear a loud squeaking noise. It happens when i turn the wheel. I'm not sure what it is and its very annoying. I was thinking that I might just need to grease something somewhere. But I cant find a grease fitting anywhere near the front wheels. It only happens sometimes. It cuts in and out and i cant find any reason why its doing it. Or what is making the noise.

What can i do to fix it?

Like belt squeaking noise ? Did you try checking the power steering belt ? It could be stretched or worn !

No, its more like a creaking noise. It sounds like the suspension is creaking every time i turn the wheels.
