Don't know if this has been asked before but is there any differences between the interior of an imported Japanese 2001 Accord and the American one. I ask because I want to replace the speakers in the front door. Found some guides for american accord.

 

Sites like honda parts now (dot) com have the part numbers for American and Japanese accords. Identical part numbers will verify that they can be swapped.

 

Maybe I should explain a little better. I don't want to replace it with those crappy stock speakers but I have new speakers I want to add in. What I want to know is if the japanese and american accord have similar interior as it relates to the procedure for taking off the door panel to get at the speakers
