Question k member Q's?

hey guys i'm new here and was wounder if you guys could help with my q's?
I have an 96 accord ex a/t , and need to replace the k member of the frame.
my question is, how bad of a job is it? how long will it take? Anyone do this before, any tips on getting it done quick and easy?
any input will be helpful it been sitting for almost three years.

I'm not sure about that terminology... what's the "K-member"?

I guess it's #2 because it has the steering rack bolted to it.

The part name is "beam, r.r".

You will definitely have to support the engine, because that beam has the rear motor mount. I am not sure how much other stuff is bolted to it. You may want to take the whole mount out with it. You may also have to remove the exhaust so you can drop that beam.
