K&N doesn't list a drop-in air filter for the 2013 Accord V6.....I would guess the filter for a 2012 would be the same.

Can anyone verify this?

I have a good guess its different. The 2013 is a new model, so while the engine is the same (or very similar), some aspects of it might have changed.....intake location, design, etc. The car is still new, so it will take a little while for parts to come on the market.

If anything, find someone with a 2008-20012 V6, and compare it to yours.

 

Another way to confirm that the 12 and 13 are different. Go to one of the many online Honda dealers websites and look up the filter part numbers.
