Default Leather Armrest Replacement

I'm sure this has been answered before, but I need to replace the leather for my armrest. I drive a 2009 Honda Accord Coupe. I already purchased the replacement leather, but can't get the lid off. There are 8 screws in total, but the 2 on the bottom can't be reached. I'm trying to avoid taking the whole console out.

Any help or comments would be appreciated. Thanks.

It should be 7 screws. You have to extend the armrest, then the last screw will be visible and accessible.
