I know the 98 accord doesnt light up, it might not for yours either, but I cant claim that. There has been been how too's to basically wire an led in there to have it light up, but thats something that would also have to be searched for.

How did you get this working? My light was working fine until I removed the clock and HVAC controls to get at my radio this weekend. After putting it all back together the clock light stopped working.
I got a new bulb from the dealer and it still doesn't work. I tried cleaning the metal contacts with rubbing alchohol, but no dice. I'm about ready to buy a new clock. Annoying not being able to see the time at night.
