i need to replace a knock senor on a 2001 honda accord lx 4 cyl 2.3.. i cannot find where i it is located,. does anyone know where it is? or have a diagram so i can see where it is. i tried to google it but couldnt find it.

The knock sensor is #14 in the picture. On the back side of the engine block, under the intake manifold. Probably easier to see from below the car.

#15 is the oil pressure switch - that one has 1 wire. The knock sensor has a plastic plug with 2 wires, similar to the fan switch in the T-stat housing.

Here is a photo of the location of the knock sensor, it is above the oil filter on the left side.



Both the knock sensor and oil pressure switch have one wire connectors.

Oops, I thought it had 2 wires. Sorry for confusion.
