tonight i noticed that my passenger side lock is like jammed down in the hole. From the outside, i can get in if i turn the key, keep it turned and pull the handle. door won't open from inside

I just sold a 97 civic with exactly the same problem, the new owner bought car from me as is, he figured that there was no power at all on that door, does it have power locks and windows,if so the relay or fuse may be bad
