Cool Long Legs wanting to remount front seats

Okay, so I'm 6' 5" and tired of having wrenched ankles and twisted feet at the pedals and not being able to extend my legs - even on the passenger side. What's a tall guy to do? I "Love" my 2005 HAH and I don't want to part with it.

Since I don't use the back seat at all - Can I just remount the front seats, moving them back 4"??? I've done it in the old days on standard non-complicated vehicles. That would make a world of difference for me and (with the telescoping sterring column) my wife can still use the car as well.

Any help here would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks

You could take out the front seat and sit in the back. J/K.

Usually, what is suggested on some forums is have a performance/race or machine shop modify the seat rails.

Wish I could just use the back seat - Pimp my ride.

Although, thanks for the advice....I'll check into our local performance shops and see what comes up.
