Hi here. I’m a new user on this forum and new to my just acquired Honda Accord 2006 build.

I travel often so I plan to garage the car for long periods up to six months. I don’t have anyone who can use the car in the meantime so I bought a trickle charger that kicks in to keep the battery alive. I plan to disconnect the battery from the car when doing so.

should I be doing anything else or will the car loose any memory or logs due to lack of power during those six months.
