Question Lower Control Arm Replacement

So if you saw in my other post this is my best option. Im getting the new part and noticed a few things that confused me about the replacement. In the haynes manual it says that you remove the front lower control arm in 3 locations. Im starting to see why that manual sucks. The FSM shows a bit more but doesnt explain it. I see two more bolts on top.
Can I replace this without any special tools to compress the spring or anything that may come lose and not go back together so easily or is this pretty straight forward?

thanks

The 2 on top are the front sway bar bolts. Pblast them before starting.
